Christmas is here and so is the end of the year!

Christmas is here, and so is the end of the year! This Christmas was probably the best one yet! I spent the usual 5-10 minutes waiting on the stairs for my mom to make the hot cocoa, get her camera, etc. But then when tore open my presents, I knew this Christmas would be different from the others. At my mom's house, I got a netbook and two Nintendo D.S. games. At my Dad's house,I got a Nintendo DSi, and two D.S. games. At my Mom's boyfriend's mother's house, I got a 20 questions game, and POKEMON SOUL SILVER for the D.S. The presents I just named are only the main presents I got. Believe me, I got more. Also, yesterday when I went to Ninjutsu, something very big happened. Since I didn't have a belt yet, the teacher's best assistant gave me HIS BELT! Receiving a belt from one of the teachers is a giant honor. He said I could keep it, too. The last awesome thing that happened on Christmas is, this year, my family in my dad's side waited for me, at the party my dad has every year. I don't get to see my family on that side very often, so that was very special to me! ~Hope

That is not the only thing going on. Also, I had my last soccer game yesterday and won! Our score was three to one! We won because we are the Barracudas! The team that wins almost every game. Last years champions! (I have a soccer champion shirt to prove it!)

Here's The News

Hey! Sorry I didn't get to do my blog in so long! Here's the scoop on what's going on with me.
1. I'm getting glasses, probably sometime from Tuesday to Thursday. ( They are REALLY cute!)I will send you a picture of me in them, the day I get them.
2. I got my very first soccer goal two games ago. ( I got to go to one of my favorite places because of it...... a Chinese restaurant!)
3. As you can tell from the pictures from my last post, I had a Halloween party not too long ago. It was really fun!
4. I know you are probably not too interested in this, but this Tuesday is my grandfather's 80th birthday. Happy birthday, Pop-pop!
5.My next soccer game is my last. :( Oh well. It's getting really cold out, anyway.

Hey yal!

Hey guys! Waz up? Guess what? I made newspaper club! I think that it's really cool that I made it because, sixth graders don't usually get to join. The best part is, I heard that whoever makes it, gets to have their their sample article in the school newspaper! Also, I made it to round two in the Spelling Bee! I got 100% as my final average for both parts of the first round! Memorizing how to spell 100 words isn't as hard as you'd think! Also, I'm going to do a lot of cool things this weekend. I'm going to Mast Farm, Weaver's Orchard, Berk's Heritage Day festival, (at one of my favorite places to ride my bike, Gring's Mill) and my personal favorite ...PUMPKIN LAND! At Pumpkin Land, we can buy pumpkins, see a petting zoo (where we can both pet and feed the animals), go inside a building play lots of games where you can win cool prizes, and a ton of other stuff!! Soccer and photos

Guess what? I don't know if I told all of you that I play soccer. Well I do, and I love it! On Sunday, we ( the Barracudas ) had our first game! We blasted the other team! My team had five points, while the opposing team didn't have any! We also then had cupcakes, since it was one of my teammates ( Jenna's ) birthday. They were super yummy! Also, I made it into photography club! I am soooooooooooooo excited, since not every one who signs up gets in. I wasn't really paying attention, but I hope that Jenna made it too! I just finished my sample article to try out for Newspaper. I hope I get in. Cya next time!

Sorry that I didn't blog for a while! I just didn't really have the time to do it, I guess. hmmmm, let me think if there's something  else I want to write about...................... OH YEAH! here's a picture of me blogging.I hope ( lol )  that you like it!

School is still going good.  Tomorrow in Home-Ec, we are going to be doing a scavenger hunt to be finding all of the right kitchen supplies we will need for our class.  I think it will be fun!

It has finally happened!

The countdown is over and school has started! It is awesome! The one-way hallways aren't as bad as I thought they would be...and it's very easy to find the 8th grade classrooms because the whole hallway has blue lockers instead of red.  The pizza there is really good, it's even better than elementary schools!  They said the soups and salads won't be there yet for about two weeks, which really stinks.  So far, my favorite class is Family Consumer Science (out of my specials), since you can bake things and the next day eat them. And you never have homework!  Out of my regular classes, I don't really have a favorite yet.  All of my teachers seem very, very nice.  My math teacher is, even though he SAYS he is mean. lol.  I met a lot of new kids, but I don't know most of their names yet.  I miss seeing a lot of my old friends though too.

All in all, it was a good day, and I am looking forward to tomorrow. =)  Bye!

There are only TWO days left of summer vacation! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! ( a very loud, high pitched scream.)  I'm ready though. Also, today at the Berkshire Mall, there is something where you can trade silly bands and buy them for a very, Very, cheap price, like only $0.60 to $1.99! Talk about cheap! I'm soooooooooooooooo there! See you later!

The 3 day countdown

There are only 3 days left of summer vacation! Yikes! I finished putting all of my stuff in my locker. And in my back pack, I put crayons a notebook, pencils, etc. I think I'm finally ready to take on the new challenges of Middle School!

School is coming soon, and there are only four days left of summer vacation. I just finished making a collage with a bunch of pictures I cut out of magazines and pictures of my friends.  I cut out words too.  Some of some the words were stuff like "friends", "fashion", "secrets", "Diva", "love"...stuff like that.  I glued it on posterboard that I covered with aluminum foil to make it all cool and shiny.  I even used puffy markers on it when it was done. I think it came out pretty cool. I'll attach a picture of it so you can check it out.

So, since summer is almost over, tell me what was your favorite part of this summer?  Mine was GOING TO THE BEACH!

SUPER HAPPY!

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got two autographed pictures of Debby Ryan from Suite Life On Deck! They were free too! Since we normally would have to pay $100.00, the people who helped work at the place where Debby was signing autographs felt really bad that I didn’t get one, so I got two free ones plus a $50.00 gift card for VF factory outlets!

NERVOUS ABOUT SCHOOL!

Middle School starts on Monday and I’m freaking out! I’ve gone on two tours and took my own little tour of the building, and I still can’t find any of the classes! And what makes it worse is, they are one way hallways, so I don’t know which hallways I’m allowed to go in, and which hallways I’m not! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
